    • Reverse osmosis processes use a semi-permeable membrane to remove dissolved solids, organics, colloidal matter, bacteria and viruses from water.

    This operation produces one of the purest forms of water available. It qualifies under World Health Organization Standards as a suitable source for drinking water, and can be bottled or used in industrial processes where highly pure is necessary.

    NEO CRYSTAL specializes in the supply of reverse osmosis systems for desalination, industrial water reuse, electronics manufacturers, and potable water supplies.

    Our packaged RO units can supply from several cubic meters per day to several thousand cubic meters per day.

    ULTRA-FILTRATION (UF)

    NEO CRYSTAL UF systems find applications in water treatment as well as wastewater treatment. The ultra-filtration systems are used for water treatment in surface water applications where the turbidity is high.

    In wastewater applications, NEO CRYSTAL UF finds its application in wastewater recycle as a pretreatment to the reverse osmosis system.

    NEO CRYSTAL UF systems are supplied as skid mounted, modular systems, and are completely automated. Offered as a modular feature, the UF systems are easier to expand and operate.

    The system incorporates periodic backwash, rinse and CIP performed with pneumatic/electrically actuated valves and is controlled by a centralized PLC.
